Chính sách quyền riêng tư
Open Math là app luyện toán lớp 1 cho trẻ em. App không có quảng cáo, không cần tài khoản, không theo dõi và không thu thập dữ liệu học tập hay thông tin cá nhân của bé hay của phụ huynh. Máy chủ của app chỉ nhận những gì cần để mở sách đã mua và tải giọng đọc, nói rõ dưới đây.
Dữ liệu nằm trên máy
- Hồ sơ của bé (tên hoặc biệt danh, hình đại diện, màu) và tiến độ học (số sao, số câu đúng, ngày học) chỉ được lưu trong máy, ở thư mục riêng của app. App không gửi các dữ liệu này đi đâu, không dùng iCloud.
- Nếu phụ huynh chọn một ảnh trong thư viện làm hình đại diện, app chỉ chép ảnh đó vào thư mục riêng của app trên máy. App không xem được các ảnh khác trong thư viện.
- Xoá app là xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu này.
Kết nối mạng: mở sách đã mua và tải giọng đọc
Sách 1A miễn phí. Sách 1B (và các sách sau) mua trong app qua Apple; Apple xử lý việc thanh toán, chúng tôi không thấy thông tin thanh toán hay Apple ID của bạn.
- Mở sách đã mua. Lần đầu mở một sách đã mua trên một máy, app gửi tới máy chủ giao dịch do Apple ký và khoá công khai của máy (tạo trong chip bảo mật của máy, kèm chứng nhận App Attest của Apple rằng đây là app thật trên máy thật). Máy chủ kiểm tra giao dịch rồi gửi lại khoá mở nội dung sách, chỉ dùng được trên máy đó. Máy chủ giữ mã giao dịch gốc cùng khoá công khai của các máy đã mở sách, để giới hạn số máy của một lần mua và khoá lại sách khi giao dịch được hoàn tiền.
- Tải giọng đọc. App có sẵn giọng đọc của chương đầu. Giọng đọc của các chương sau được tải về khi bé mở chương đó, hoặc khi phụ huynh bấm tải hết. App xin một đường dẫn tải ngắn hạn, kèm chữ ký App Attest của máy (và giao dịch, với giọng đọc của sách trả phí).
- Các yêu cầu không kèm tên, hồ sơ, tiến độ hay ảnh của bé. Máy chủ chạy trên Cloudflare; chúng tôi không bật ghi nhật ký yêu cầu và không lưu địa chỉ IP. Như mọi kết nối Internet, Cloudflare nhận địa chỉ IP của máy trong lúc xử lý yêu cầu.
Giọng đọc của máy
Khi giọng đọc của một câu chưa được tải về, app dùng giọng đọc có sẵn của iOS. Việc này chạy ngay trên máy.
Không có
- Quảng cáo, đăng nhập, mạng xã hội, trò chuyện. Nút mua sách chỉ nằm trong góc phụ huynh.
- Công cụ phân tích, theo dõi, hay thư viện của bên thứ ba.
- Micrô, camera, vị trí, danh bạ.
- Đường dẫn ra ngoài app. Góc phụ huynh có câu hỏi khoá dành cho người lớn.
Quyền của bạn
Vì dữ liệu học chỉ nằm trên máy của bạn, bạn có toàn quyền xem (trong góc phụ huynh), sửa, xoá hồ sơ của bé, hoặc xoá app để xoá hết. Chúng tôi không giữ bản sao nào. Muốn xoá mã giao dịch và khoá máy mà máy chủ giữ cho một lần mua, hãy liên hệ địa chỉ bên dưới.

Privacy Policy
Open Math is a Grade 1 math practice app for children. It has no ads, needs no account, does no tracking and collects no learning data or personal information about children or parents. The app's server receives only what it needs to open purchased books and download narration, as set out below.
Data stays on the device
- A child's profile (name or nickname, avatar, colour) and learning progress (stars, correct answers, study days) are stored only on the device, in the app's own folder. The app sends them nowhere and does not use iCloud.
- If a parent picks a photo from the library as an avatar, the app copies only that photo into its own folder on the device. The app cannot see any other photo in the library.
- Deleting the app deletes all of this data.
Network use: opening purchased books and downloading narration
Book 1A is free. Book 1B (and later books) are in-app purchases through Apple; Apple handles payment, and we never see your payment details or Apple ID.
- Opening a purchased book. The first time a purchased book is opened on a device, the app sends our server the transaction signed by Apple and the device's public key (made in the device's secure chip, with Apple's App Attest statement that this is the genuine app on a genuine device). The server checks the transaction and returns the book's content key, usable only on that device. The server keeps the original transaction ID with the public keys of the devices that opened the book, to limit the number of devices per purchase and to lock the book again if the purchase is refunded.
- Downloading narration. The app ships with the narration of the first chapter. The narration of later chapters is downloaded when the child opens that chapter, or when a parent downloads it all. The app asks for a short-lived download link, signed with the device's App Attest key (and, for a paid book's narration, with the transaction).
- No request carries the child's name, profile, progress or photo. The server runs on Cloudflare; we do not enable request logging and do not store IP addresses. As with any Internet connection, Cloudflare receives the device's IP address while handling a request.
On-device speech
When a sentence's narration is not downloaded yet, the app uses the built-in iOS voice, which runs on the device.
None of these
- Ads, sign-in, social features, chat. Books can be bought only in the parent corner.
- Analytics, tracking, or third-party SDKs.
- Microphone, camera, location, contacts.
- Links out of the app. The parent corner is behind a question meant for adults.
Your rights
Since learning data lives only on your device, you can view it (in the parent corner), edit or delete a child's profile, or delete the app to remove everything. We keep no copy. To have the transaction ID and device keys the server keeps for a purchase deleted, write to the address below.
